Landmark project involving back-to-brick strip-out of a 9-bed, 11-bath mansion. Major structural works including new steel framing to support additional loads. Specialist services design and installation across HVAC, security, and fire systems. Luxury scope included bespoke marble staircases, bronze balustrades, and handcrafted joinery.
Eaton Mansion, Sloane Square
2,900 sqft
Structural upgrades within a constrained footprint. Full replacement of electrical and plumbing risers, new HVAC plant in basement plantroom, and reconfiguration of small service voids. Interiors included book-matched marble bathrooms, bespoke timber panelling, and acoustic upgrades for soundproofing. Delivered under live building operations.

Heritage-sensitive redevelopment. Scope included structural strengthening, chimney breast alterations, and roof replacement. Full M&E renewal including specialist fire suppression and AV/lighting controls. Finishes included bespoke kitchens, marble bathrooms, and joinery to heritage specifications.

Full cut and carve project with facade retention. This involved complex structural works including facade retention and structural reinforcement, new staircore construction within the existing envelope, and lift installation requiring significant structural modifications. A complete M&E overhaul with concealed services was implemented, alongside elaborate high-end bespoke finishes and joinery throughout. The project successfully combined heritage facade preservation with a contemporary interior transformation, all while ensuring heritage compliance and planning coordination.
